Responsibilities

- Monitor vital signs and report any changes in patient condition to the healthcare team.
- Provide specialized care for patients with dementia, including support for daily living activities.
- Perform procedures such as spinal taps and ostomy care as needed.
- Maintain accurate patient records, including coding using ICD-10 standards.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive measures.
- Provide pediatric care when required, ensuring a child-friendly environment.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of nursing practices and procedures.
