Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, assessing patient needs, and developing individualized care plans. Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ health status and needs.
• Develop and implement nursing care plans based on patient assessments.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, including injections and tube feeding.
• Monitor vital signs and report any changes in patient condition to the healthcare team.
• Provide specialized care for patients with dementia, including support for daily living activities.
• Perform procedures such as spinal taps and ostomy care as needed.
• Maintain accurate patient records, including coding using ICD-10 standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive measures.
• Provide pediatric care when required, ensuring a child-friendly environment.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of nursing practices and procedures.
• Proficiency in dementia care techniques.
• Experience administering injections and performing tube feeding.
• Ability to assess vital signs accurately and respond appropriately.
• Familiarity with coding systems, particularly ICD-10.
• Competence in performing spinal taps and ostomy care.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour
