The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) is one of our most important clinical leaders. In partnership with the Director of Nursing (DON), she / he oversees the strategic direction of nursing clinical teams / staff and ensures all resident care is provided according to the standards of nursing practice. The ADON works with the nursing staff and other clinical leaders across the continuum of care helping residents achieve their maximum potential. This key leader empowers our staff by providing them with a motivating and supportive work environment and ensures our nurses serve as a resource for the families of our residents who have entrusted us with their care This key leader is dedicated to providing the highest quality of care to our residents in a loving and safe environment.
