PURPOSE :
To oversee and manage the daily operations of the assisted living and memory care Inns, through the implementation of goals and policies of the Facility and Department of Nursing at the management level. To develop a cohesiveness unit and a continuity of care for guests; to maintain organization and supervision of the unit while delivering optimum level of care. This involves supervision of the units for the evening shift into the night shift while providing communication for day shift, seeing that each shift promotes continuity of care. Shift hours are 3 : 00pm to 11 : 30pm. This is an hourly position and the attendance policy applies per facility policy. Any deviation must be approved ahead of time by the Director of Assisted Living.
