Overnight Supervisor- Assisted Living

The Arbors Assisted Living is currently seeking multiple individuals to work as the Overnight Building Supervisor for our Westbury Community. This position is responsible for overseeing the daily overnight operations of the community, ensuring that residents receive high-quality care and support in a safe and nurturing environment. This role involves managing staff, providing assistance with the self-administration of all medication, personal care assistance, emergency management and promoting a positive community atmosphere that respects resident rights and encourages independence. The Building Supervisor will work closely with residents, families, staff and the Director of Wellness to ensure that all aspects of assisted living are met with compassion and professionalism.

The community is in need of individuals available to work from 7pm-7:30am.

Experience

• Proven experience in an assisted living or long-term care setting is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ADLs, medication management, resident rights, direct support services, and dementia care techniques.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with residents, families, staff, and external partners.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in staff management and training.
• Ability to handle emergent / sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
