About the Role:
- Assume full nursing responsibility for the delivery of the Plan of Care for each hospice patient
- Continuously evaluate personal and professional performance to increase productivity and quality of care delivered
- Adhere to and support the policies/procedures/goals/objectives of hospice to assure quality patient care
To excel in this position, you must possess strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering patient-centered care.
