What You'll Do:
- Be the first smile our clients see—check in and discharge patients
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and handle client inquiries
- Process payments and keep things running smoothly at the front desk
- Keep patient records up to date and assist with administrative tasks
- Help pet parents pick out the best food, supplements, and products for their pets
- Maintain a clean and inviting waiting room
- Work as part of an amazing team that values kindness, support, and collaboration!
What We're Looking For:
- Customer service rockstar—you love helping people and keeping things organized
- Tech-savvy—comfortable using computers and scheduling software
- Great communicator—strong verbal and written skills
- Team player—we support each other here!
- Able to lift 50 lbs, bend, stoop, and stand for long periods (pets aren’t always light!)
- High school diploma or relevant experience in reception, customer service, or veterinary care
