You’ll be a leader in the field, supporting clients, mentoring caregivers, and ensuring care is always delivered with compassion and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct care coverage when shifts are open
• Conduct hands-on training and onboarding with new caregivers
• Perform client intakes, care plan walkthroughs, and quality assurance visits
• Lead supervisory visits to ensure service excellence
• Serve as a dependable field leader and liaison with the office team

Qualifications:
- Excellent oral and written communication
- The candidate must be able to manage time efficiently and independently
- Reliable transportation
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of Home Care
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and entry-level computer proficiency
- Previous management experience; Home Care preferred

• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Available to work 8-hour days
• Willing to work at least 1–2 weekends per month
• 1 year of caregiving or CNA experience
• Comfortable with TRAVEL and leading in-field operations
