What You'll Do
- Client Onboarding & Implementation
- Develop a deep understanding of the platform, its features, and industry applications.
- Configure and optimize workflows to meet client-specific needs and objectives, leveraging prior experience with system configuration.
- Manage client expectations, maintain proactive communication, and ensure smooth transitions to automated workflows.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine implementation, training, and support processes.
- Client Success & Retention
- Drive long-term client satisfaction by optimizing platform usage and adoption.
- Support revenue growth through cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
- Track client ROI and satisfaction, assisting in contract renewals.
- Client Advocacy & Internal Collaboration
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their strategic impact on business objectives.
- Work cross-functionally with Client Support, Training, Workflow Engineering, and Product teams to enhance the client experience.
- Provide feedback to Product and contribute to QA testing for continuous improvements.
- Additional Responsibilities
- Assist with quality assurance and workflow testing.
- Support training and troubleshooting efforts as needed.
- Contribute to research, development, and marketing initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare technology or at Epic.
- Strong system configuration experience, particularly with healthcare platforms.
- Project or program management experience; certifications (PMP, CCSM) are a plus.
- Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to develop and sustain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex concepts effectively.
- High energy, proactive mindset with a commitment to client success.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
