Carex is partnering with a energy industry partner to find a Content Management Coordinator II to join their team. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting technologies and processes for managing the life cycle of engineering documents and drawings. The position works closely with Engineering teams to ensure efficient use of engineering document management systems.

What You'll Do
- Conduct inventories and analyze existing records repositories to provide recommendations for retention and storage.
- Perform analysis of customer needs to identify business and technical requirements for document management processes and systems.
- Suggest and implement improvements for managing physical and electronic content and records.
- Maintain and monitor engineering document management systems, ensuring optimal performance.
- Develop manuals, documentation, and training materials, and conduct training sessions for end-users.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to staff on best practices for engineering document management.
- Manage the transition of documents into and from existing record repositories.
- Support additional initiatives that align with company values and business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in records/information management, computer science, business management, library science, or a related field (preferred).
- 3 years of related experience in document and records management.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MicroStation is preferred.
- Strong skills in quality standards management, records management, and technical documentation.
- Ability to analyze and solve moderately complex problems with effective solutions.
- Experience in procedural and technical writing is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to document and manage medium to large projects.
- Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer software programs, including email, word processing, spreadsheet, and project management tools.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment.
