What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary technical expert for loan-related systems, ensuring functionality aligns with business needs and enhances workflows.
- Partner with IT, Systems Integration, and business leaders to identify opportunities for system improvements and implement solutions.
- Lead system upgrades and enhancements, ensuring seamless transitions with minimal operational impact.
- Manage system configurations, including workflows, validation rules, custom objects, and automation tools.
- Analyze and optimize underutilized system features to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor and troubleshoot system issues, ensuring timely resolution to minimize disruptions.
- Provide training and support to internal teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to maintain system alignment with evolving business needs.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides.
- Conduct system testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing for updates and new functionality.
- Generate reports, dashboards, and data analytics to support business strategies and decision-making.
- Stay current on industry trends, system capabilities, and regulatory requirements related to loan operations.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in banking or financial services, with a focus on loan operations or related functions.
- Strong knowledge of banking software and systems, particularly in loan servicing and operations; experience with Abrigo, LaserPro, Fiserv Premier, and Encompass is a plus.
- Experience with system configuration, troubleshooting, and process optimization.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical and operational issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.
- Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational and time-management skills.
