At CARFAX, we believe in the power of teamwork and value in-person interactions so that we can collaborate and thrive together. This position will require 4 days per week in our Centreville, VA office, subject to change with future business needs.
What you'll be doing :
- Using Salesforce provided lists, call aftermarket and dealer service centers to enhance database intelligence.
- Update Account and Contact information in CARFAX Salesforce database
- Speak with Owners, General Managers and Support Staff at both CARFAX customer and prospect locations.
- Represent CARFAX in a positive manner.
- Conduct a minimum of 10 dials per hour.
- Update a minimum of 40-50 Accounts and / or contacts daily.
- Contact used car dealerships and after-market service shop locations.
