About the Role :
West End Express, a subsidiary of Cargomatic, is seeking a Finance Administrative Specialist to support our driver payroll audit process and ensure accurate billing documentation. This role is a critical part of our operations, ensuring that payments to drivers are processed efficiently while maintaining compliance with billing requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Audit driver payroll for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Communicate with drivers throughout the day to collect missing billing documentation.
- Review and verify billing details to ensure proper documentation is submitted.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve discrepancies related to payroll and billing.
- Maintain accurate records of audits, communications, and resolutions.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to payroll and billing operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with drivers and other stakeholders.
Qualifications :
The expected compensation range for this role is $20-25 / hour. The actual base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and other factors permitted by law. Decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
