Financial firm in the western suburbs is currently seeking an Administrative Specialist for our Separately Managed Accounts Team.
Duties include, but are not limited to: account set-up and maintenance; billing; marketing updates; communicating with account representatives; additional projects will be assigned by the supervisor.
The preferred candidate will have a degree in a business related field; strong attention to detail; excellent written and verbal communication skills; the ability to work independently and in a group setting; the ability to manager multiple projects and be able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
