We are seeking a high energy individuals to add to our growing team. Our sales are on the rise, we need energetic people that love customer service to help us keep up with increased traffic.
REQUIREMENTS
Previous automotive experience is NOT REQUIRED for this position. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support through effective communication and phone etiquette.
- Assist clients with inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the sales team to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and computer skills to manage customer information and reports.
- Engage in outbound calling to follow up with clients and gather feedback.
Qualifications
- Strong English communication skills
- Excellent customer service and support abilities
- Proficiency in data entry and typing
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and general computer skills
- Phone etiquette and outbound calling experience
- Ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus
- No prior experience required; a willingness to learn is essential

Pay: $3,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
