Sales/Office Assistant Job Description
- Provide sales/administrative support to the team by answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
- Process all orders for local customers, following through from receipt to shipping and billing.
- Handle orders for RCB and CFD, recording information on the appropriate order form and sending it via email.
- Check purchase orders from the EDI computer system and invoice customers accordingly using the EDI system.
- Assist with processing online/internet sales, telephone orders, and maintaining a neat and organized supply room.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year work-related experience
- Competent computer knowledge
- Ethical practice; ability to maintain confidentiality
- Good communication and customer service skills
