Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
- Process orders for local customers, following through from receipt to shipping and billing.
- Handle orders for RCB and CFD, recording information on the appropriate order form and sending it via email.
- Check purchase orders from the EDI computer system and invoice customers accordingly using the EDI system.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year work-related experience
- Competent computer knowledge
- Ethical practice; ability to maintain confidentiality
