Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine.
- Craft unique drink recipes that align with our menu offerings.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Engage with customers to provide recommendations and enhance their dining experience.
- Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and assist in ordering as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
- Handle food preparation tasks as required, adhering to proper food handling techniques.
- Assist in banquet services when necessary, ensuring high standards of hospitality.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in bartending or mixology roles.
- Knowledge of brewing techniques is a plus.
- Strong understanding of basic math for accurate measurements and transactions.
- Experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant settings is preferred.
