What are the responsibilities and job description for the Rental Coordinator position at Caribe Marina?
Caribe Marina is looking for full time seasonal employees to assist customers during the rental process in a fast paced environment. Primary duties include, but are not limited to:
- Check-in customers for all rentals including jet ski, boats, kayaks, and dolphin cruises
- Ensuring that all waiver forms are properly filled out and stored
- Providing life jackets and various safety items to customers, and collect after trip
- Ensuring that rentals are leaving and arriving on time
- Providing concierge type assistance for customers
- Ensuring customers are arriving on time for rentals
- Providing safety talk with the customers
- Additional duties may also include:
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Assisting dock hands with cleaning and fueling vessels
- Keeping property clean
- Assisting dock hands with launching rentals
