Position Overview:

As a Stadium Club Floor Supervisor, you'll be the captain of fun, leading our team in creating a lively and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests. The position is to oversee the smooth operation of the dining and bar areas, ensuring that guests have an unforgettable experience from the moment they enter until they leave. This position plays a crucial role in guiding our team and maintaining the high standards that make our stadium club a winning destination.

Requirements:

  • Previous supervisory experience in a hospitality setting is preferred, but individuals with a strong passion for leadership and customer service are encouraged to apply.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on the Stadium Club events schedule.
  • Strong organizational skills, with an eye for detail to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • A positive and approachable demeanor, with the ability to build rapport with guests and associates.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including bar service and dining etiquette.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, resolving issues and making quick decisions as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the serving, bartending, and busser teams, ensuring they are enthusiastic, engaged, and providing exceptional service.
  • Guest Engagement: Interact with guests, making them feel welcome and appreciated, and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
  • Floor Management: Oversee the seating arrangements, waitlist, and table assignments to optimize seating capacity and maintain a smooth flow of service.
  • Service Quality: Ensure that all associates deliver outstanding customer service, adhering to our high standards of hospitality.
  • Guest Experience: Monitor the dining and bar areas to ensure guests are comfortable and have all they need for a memorable experience.
  • Staff Support: Assist team members when needed, stepping in to help with table service or bar operations during busy periods.
  • Special Events: Coordinate and manage special events and promotions, ensuring they run smoothly and contribute to a fun atmosphere.
  • Order Accuracy: Double-check orders for accuracy and presentation, ensuring that guests receive their food and beverages as expected.
  • Problem Resolution: Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally and effectively, working with the team to find appropriate solutions.
  • Hygiene and Safety: Ensure that all areas comply with food safety and hygiene standards, promoting a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.
  • Team Training: Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing coaching to team members, fostering their growth and development.
  • High Energy: Maintain a positive and energetic attitude throughout the shift, spreading enthusiasm and encouraging a vibrant atmosphere.

Education:

  • High school diploma or GED

Skills & Abilities:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to communicate in the English language. Second language is a plus.
  • Ability to perform proper chemical handling, cleaning techniques and use of equipment/machinery.

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be physically fit in order to lift, pull and push items up to 25 pounds.
  • Also requires standing/walking/reaching and bending throughout shift.
