Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and efficient Back of House Staff to join our team.

Dishwasher
Pantry (salads/desserts)
Line cooks
Duties
- Assist in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of chefs and kitchen managers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste.
- Stock and organize supplies, ensuring that all ingredients are readily available for use.
- Follow food safety protocols and maintain proper hygiene standards at all times.
- Support the front of house staff during busy periods by assisting with food plating and delivery.
- Participate in inventory management by helping to track stock levels and report shortages.
Skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with good communication skills to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff.
- Prior experience in a kitchen or food service environment is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is an advantage.
