Carillon at Belleview Station, Denver’s premier senior living community, is looking for an outgoing and organized Move-In Coordinator to join our sales team. The Move-In Coordinator is responsible for communicating and engaging our depositors, and soon to be residents, as well as liaising with department directors to facilitate a smooth move-in.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinates with all community managers/departments.
- Maintains knowledge of all communication with prospective customers.
- Possesses and maintains a strong knowledge of the community, its benefits, and the services provided.
- Follow-up on a timely basis with all decorators and/or subcontractors involved in the process of moving in future members to ensure smooth transition.
- Remains current on unit status and vacancy map.
- May be asked to host tours to give a comprehensive view of the community while addressing how specific needs of the prospective resident can be satisfied.
- Provides the family with all move-in paperwork and ensures that it is completed and returned within the specific time frame prior to move-in.
- Assists the resident and their family with the transition process through on-going communication, sensitivity and reassurance.
- Informs all associates of the pending move-in date and the necessary information about the resident.
Qualifications:
- Minimum one year customer service experience, prior sales experience preferred
- Experience in senior living preferred
- Due to the nature of the work performed by Ascent Living Communities, and that this position works with a vulnerable population, we do require a criminal background check be completed
Pay:
$23.00 to $25.00 an hour based on experience
