Our healthcare facility is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. At our Senior Living Community, the nurse helps to fulfill the care requirements of our patients. Under the direction of the Care Coordinator, the successful candidate will work within their entire scope of practice. The nurse will be fully accountable for ensuring that the utmost in competent care and safety is consistently delivered to all residents. This opportunity awaits a motivated and ambitious professional with assisted living experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Provide bedside care

· Administer medications and ensure all documents are updated and current with state guidelines.

· Take vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration)

· Assist with resident care/ADL’s

· Help coach staff as necessary

REQUIREMENTS:

· Associate Degree in Nursing

· Up to date first aid and CPR certification

· Current Nursing license in the state of Alabama

· Willingness to work evenings and weekends

· Exceptional staff training and customer service skills

· Compassionate and friendly demeanor
