Caring Angels Home Care is looking for a bilingual Spanish RN Aide Instructor for our Agency in Brooklyn, NY. As an RN Aide Instructor you will play an integral role in our day to day activities. Responsibilities :
- The instructor conducts training, in-services and competency evaluation programs for Home Care paraprofessionals in accordance with the New York State Department of Health.
- The instructor ensures that Home Care paraprofessionals are sufficiently knowledgeable and clinically competent to meet certification standards and tests trainees to evaluate effectiveness of training.
- The instructor reports on the progress of paraprofessionals under guidance during training periods.
