Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Workforce Case Manager to join our team. The Workforce Case Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the workforce program in Scott County.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in placing participants in a training and/or employment that will help them obtain a successful wage.
- Providing support and guidance to individuals seeking employment and working towards self-sufficiency.
- Conduct assessments to identify barriers to employment and develop individualized plans
- Assist clients in obtaining necessary certifications, training, and education
- Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to promote positive change
- Collaborate with community partners to connect clients with resources and support services
- Monitor client progress and provide ongoing case management
- Coordinate job placement activities, including resume building, interview preparation, and job search assistance
- Provide crisis management support as needed
Requirements:
- Preferred minimum of 3 years of experience in case management or related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel

Pay: $33,000.00 - $36,000.00 per year
