What are the responsibilities and job description for the Scheduling and Client Recruitment Coordinator position at Caring Companions LLC?
Caring Companions LLC is looking for an experienced schedular who can create and manage a 7-day work week schedule.
Responsibilities include
- Scheduling for all caregiver shifts
- Vacation/Holiday scheduling
- Manage Staff Vacancies
- Tracking Attendance
- Initiate Call System-fill openings
- Data Input
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board
- Screen candidates resume and job applications
- Conduct interviews
- Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
- Monitor service hours of Caregivers to limit overtime pay
- Utilize independent judgment to problem solve Caregivers, client, and staffing concerns
- Accurately log activity in the database.
- Identify opportunities to increase client service hours
- All other duties as assigned
Skills
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check, etc)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making skills.
