Primary Job Responsibilities
Recruitment/Talent Acquisition
- Coordinate and support the recruitment process, including job postings, interview scheduling, applicant and sourced data, and candidate communication.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other agency systems.
- Source to identify potential candidates utilizing various methods to attract applicants, and screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Ensure constant communication with recruiter, hiring team, and candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Support onboarding activities to create an impactful, welcoming, and consistent new hire experience.
- Organize orientation sessions and prepare onboarding materials.
- Support talent acquisition priorities and work activities as assigned.
- Coordinate all logistics of learning sessions, workshops, and development programs, for example, schedules, calendar invites, book and set up conference rooms, set up materials, track attendance, etc.
- Assist in the planning, development, and implementation of learning and development programs to support team member development and growth. E.g., EDP's, power skills, wellbeing, sales and service, etc.
- Participate in learning sessions to support facilitator, take notes, troubleshoot, help team members, coordinate post learning activities, etc.
- Maintain learning management systems (LMS) and track participation and completion.
- Help gather feedback from learning sessions, compile results, and assist in continuous improvement efforts.
- Support the implementation of team member engagement and retention initiatives.
- Assist with GPTW/People department projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Support technology, data, and reporting initiatives assigned.
- Participate in process improvement projects and provide reporting and project updates to stakeholders.
- Participate in internal learning and development sessions.
- Foster positive internal and external relationships through strong communication, responsiveness, and follow through.
- Stay relevant in role and updated on industry trends and best practices of team member engagement.
- Ensure compliance with all policies, processes, and procedures while maintaining confidentiality of client and company information.
- Ability to make simple decisions independently by doing research of problems and making suggestions to provide outstanding client experience and support our team goals.
- Effective listening and communication skills to uncover needs, troubleshoot, and handle conflicts.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills for effective and comfortable communication with stakeholders at all levels.

- 1 - 3 years of experience in recruitment or development coordinator role.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Experience working in a team environment and establishing positive working relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other Human Resources systems and tools.
- Commitment to continuous process improvement and team development.
- High School Diploma required, college degree preferred.
- Fast-paced office environment with significant telephone and in person interactions.
- Ability to view computer monitors for extended periods of time.
