ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES – As an HR Payroll Specialist, you are responsible for overseeing all aspects of multi-site employee lifecycle management. This includes record-keeping, evaluations, payroll, and background checks. Your duties will include the following :
Execute employee payroll processing - including garnishments, quarterly reporting, etc...Ensure timely and complete initial and ongoing background checksOnboard and Offboard employees in payroll and care management systemsEnsure complete and accurate payroll data for all employeesReconcile / audit data, ensuring comprehensive documentation within HRIS systemConduct HRIS administration and audits ensuring compliance, data integrity, and ongoing, accurate reportingOversee and coordinate annual performance evaluation processRespond to payroll questions and needsAssist in processing Worker's Compensation and Unemployment claimsAssist in Verifications of Employment – including EVV ReportRequirements

Salary : $70,000 - $85,000
