What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bilingual HR Recruiter position at Caring for People Services?
Essential Functions include: attending career/job fairs, establish and maintain regular communication with recruiting contacts, create/update recruiting brochures and materials, create and maintain internet job postings, conduct interviews for Caregiver Positions, process and review background checks and other pre-employment paperwork, data entry into Clear Care, schedule trainings and orientations, assemble / disassemble personnel files, filing, obtaining supplies, coordinating direct mailings, and working on special projects. Deals with staff at all levels of the organization. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize diversified workload. May recommend changes in office practices or procedures for efficiency.
Role and ResponsibilitiesManages full life-cycle recruitment process for all assigned positions. This process includes:
· Ensuring all approved requisitions are posted in the ATS and other appropriate job boards
• Source qualified talent through a variety of outreach methods
• Review and screen applications
• Move qualified candidates through the recruitment process
• Advise and consult with hiring managers on hiring decisions
• Onboarding of new hires to ensure paperwork and requirements have been met prior to start date
· Develops and executes outreach strategies to build talent pipelines for assigned positions.
• Source active and passive candidates through a variety of methods, including social media, contact lists, networking, community partnerships, career fairs, on-site career events, military outreach, etc.
• Establish strategic relationships with local and regional community partners to promote the organizations employment brand and generate referrals
• Work closely with high schools, colleges and universities to generate talent pipelines and establish our organization as an employer of choice among the student community
• Research and adopt innovative tools and approaches to sourcing efforts designed to attract and retain a diverse workforce
· Consult and advise hiring managers throughout all aspects of the hiring process, to include strategic workforce planning, EEOC compliance, sourcing, interview skills, Human Resources policies and procedures, etc.
· Regular attendance at work is an essential function of the job.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
· 1-2 years experience recruiting preferred
Preferred Skills
· Knowledge of applicable federal and state employment laws
· Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills are necessary to interact with all internal and external customers
· Experience with ATS
· Ability to multi-task
· Attention to detail
· Ability to maintain confidential information
· Flexibility to work varied hours as needed to meet business needs
Additional NotesThis is a full time, 40hrs/week position with typical business hours (8a-5p). Some evenings and weekends may be needed.
Salary : $45,000 - $55,000
