Business Development Specialist – Local Client Acquisition (Houston, TX Market)

Caring Hands Home Healthcare LLC is a trusted non-medical home care agency based in Sugar Land, Texas. We are dedicated to providing compassionate and personalized care services to seniors and individuals with health challenges. We are currently seeking an experienced professional with strong connections in the non-medical home care industry to help us grow our client base in the Houston, TX market.

This is a remote role with occasional in-person meetings and training at our office in Sugar Land, TX. As a Business Development Specialist – Local Client Acquisition, you will focus on identifying and acquiring local clients through lead generation, market research, and building relationships with referral sources in the non-medical home care industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify leads in the local Houston market.
• Build and maintain relationships with key referral sources, such as assisted living facilities, discharge planners, social workers, and geriatric care managers.
• Develop and implement targeted outreach strategies to attract potential clients.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve client acquisition and growth goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and opportunities in the non-medical home care sector.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and client interactions.

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition within the non-medical home care industry.
• Strong network and connections with local referral sources in the Houston, TX market.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with the local senior care landscape and non-medical home care services.
