Registered Nurse (RN) / LPN - $5000 Sign-On Bonus Full Time positions

Caring Hearts Homecare is looking to hire Nurses (RNs & LPNs) for Full time / Per Diem / Part time positions in

Area 1 : Boston ( Boston, Dorchester, Hyde Park, Jamaica Plain, Mattapan, Roslindale, Roxbury, Roxbury Crossing, South Boston, South End, West Roxbury)

Area 2 : Quincy ( Braintree, Brockton, Weymouth, Randolph)

Area 3 : Brighton ( Brighton, Cambridge, Charlestown, Somerville)

Qualifications of Staff Nurse include :

A current nursing license in Massachusetts (RN / LPN).

Hands-on nursing experience as an RN / LPN.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively as an RN.

Strong interpersonal skills as an RN / LPN.

Good computer skills.

Flexibility to travel to cases as assigned as an RN / LPN.

Responsibilities of Staff Nurse include :

Provide professional nursing care to clients in their homes as an RN / LPN.

Assess, evaluate, and teach clients regarding their disease processes and treatments as an RN / LPN.

Review, implement, and follow the plan of care and perform re-evaluations of the client's care needs as an RN / LPN.

Provide hands-on nursing care like administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician as an RN.

Collaborate with clients’ primary doctors, other providers, and caregivers in care delivery as an RN / LPN.

Benefits :

Competitive Pay ranging between $60 to $105 per hour.
