Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer support and ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, be proficient in data entry, and have a friendly demeanor to create a welcoming environment for clients and visitors.
Duties
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a courteous manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date records.
- Organize and maintain filing systems for easy access to information.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for administratie members.
- Assist with office management tasks, including inventory management and ordering supplies.
- Provide support for HR
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Oversee and/or manage special projects for Leadership
- Coordinates the maintenance of office equipment, including copier, fax machine, etc.
- Maintains kitchen, staff break room, conference rooms and education/training room throughout the day, including laundry and dishwasher; oversees room set up and clean up for meetings and groups.
- Assists with new staff on-boarding
