About the Role:
The Administrative Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience both in person and via telehealth. This position includes the responsibilities of scheduling appointments, greeting patients, and providing administrative support for nurses, and other staff. This role is essential in maintaining efficient operations and creating a positive impact on patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Reception and Patient Interaction:
· Greet and welcome patients, creating a warm and professional first impression.
· Verify guest and patient appointments using security protocols and appropriate scripts.
· Ensure the lobby and guest seating areas are clean and orderly.
· Assist patients with completing necessary paperwork and offer refreshments.
Scheduling and Call Management:
· Answer inbound communications and schedule appointments following standard procedures and scripts.
· Manage appointment reschedules and send reminders.
· Perform warm transfers to telehealth nurses.
· Maintain communication with telehealth nurses and in-clinic patient teams.
Administrative Support:
· Assist nursing team with administrative tasks, such as faxing charts, uploading documents, inventory tracking, and sanitation between patients.
· Perform reception area maintenance, including resupplying common areas and organizing supplies.
· Responsible for organizing meetings, data entry, preparing reports, and liaising with vendors.
· Facilitate daily prayer with clinic team
· Perform additional duties as requested
Qualifications
· A committed Christian who demonstrates a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord and is a participant in a local church
· Maintains a consistent life-affirming philosophy and would never refer or advise a woman to have an abortion
· Agree with and be willing to uphold Caring Network’s Statements of Faith and Principle and Core Values
· Comfortable with participating in prayer with co-workers.
· Strong empathy, confidence, adaptability, and discipline.
· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
· Technically savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
· Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
