- Engage & Inspire : Collaborate with our Activities Director to develop a variety of stimulating activities-everything from arts and crafts to music therapy, games, and exercise programs-that cater to the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents.
- Bring Joy & Laughter : Lead group events and individual activities that create smiles, strengthen bonds, and encourage residents to embrace life to the fullest.
- Personalized Touch : Get to know our residents, discover their interests, and tailor activities that reflect their personalities and abilities, making every experience unique.
- Be a Team Player : Work alongside our interdisciplinary team to ensure that activities are well-integrated with residents' care plans and provide an enriching experience for everyone involved.
