- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.

- Monitor and document changes in clients' physical and emotional conditions through patient observation.
- Administer medications as prescribed and assist with mobility and transportation needs.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment by performing light housekeeping duties.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Engage clients in social activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
Experience
- Previous experience in long-term care, home health, hospice care, or nursing home settings is preferred.
- Certification in CPR or First Aid is a plus.
- Background in social work or nursing is advantageous but not required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families are essential.
