Duties
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each client's needs.
- Provide memory care and support for clients experiencing cognitive challenges, including dementia care.
- Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary requirements and preferences, ensuring proper nutrition.
- Engage clients in social activities to promote mental well-being and reduce feelings of isolation.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, ensuring their comfort and security.
- Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals regarding client progress and needs.
Requirements
- Previous experience in caregiving, home health, or social work is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge familiarity with care plans is advantageous.
- Experience in memory care or dementia care is highly desirable.
- Ability to assist clients with personal hygiene and daily living tasks while promoting independence.
- Strong communication skills to build rapport with clients and their families.

- Must be able to pass background checks as required by state regulations.
