Job Description: We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Home Care Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with referral partners in the community. Your focus will be on creating strategic partnerships, promoting our home care services, and driving referrals to support the growth of our business. You will work behind the scenes, ensuring that our network of partners is well-informed and motivated to connect us with potential clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Sales Strategies
- Generate and Track Sales Leads

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the home care or healthcare industry.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in using care management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Salary:
$45,000-$52,000 per year
