At Caring Senior Service of Georgetown, our mission is to help seniors remain healthy, happy, and at home! We’re looking for a Compassionate Care Manager to lead and support our caregiving team. What You’ll Do:

Mentor & Support Caregivers: Train and guide caregivers to provide exceptional care to our clients.

Build Relationships: Be the go-to person for clients and their families—ensuring trust, satisfaction, and peace of mind.

Recruit & Match Talent: Hire great caregivers and match them with clients based on skills and needs.

Create Personalized Care: If licensed (RN/LPN), design care plans tailored to each senior’s needs.

Jump In When Needed: Provide hands-on care when needed to support your team and clients.

Be a Leader: Serve as the bridge between our caregivers, clients, and their families.
Who We’re Looking For:

5 years of hands-on senior care experience (professional or personal)

A leader and mentor with great communication skills
-
Comfortable using technology (Microsoft Office, apps)

Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license

A heart for helping others
Role Details:

Location: Georgetown, TX (with travel to client homes as needed)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM rotating on-call shifts

Compensation & Benefits:

$40,000–$50,000/year
