Job Description: We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Senior Care Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with referral partners in the community, including Home Health, Hospice, Rehab facilities, Independent and Assisted Living facilities, healthcare providers, local organizations, and other influencers who can help expand our client base. Your focus will be on creating strategic partnerships, promoting our non medical in home care services, and driving referrals to support the growth of our business. You will work behind the scenes, ensuring that our network of partners is well-informed and motivated to connect us with potential clients. With your expertise in relationship-building and sales, you’ll play a key role in increasing our reach and delivering high-quality care to those who need it.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies
- Generate and Track Sales Leads
- Conduct Market Research
- Create and Manage Marketing Materials
- Organize and Participate in Community Relations and Events
- Monitor and Report on Performance Metrics
- Collaborate with Internal Teams
- Manage Budget and Resources
- Ensure Compliance and Best Practices
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the home care or healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of home care services, medical terminology, and regulatory requirements.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and their families.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in using care management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
