Your Role:
As anOnline & In-Person Estate Sale Coordinator, you’ll wear a few hats—but all with one purpose: to help bring order and ease to our clients’ lives. You’ll assist in preparing, staging, and running both online auctions and in-person estate sales. From photographing treasures to helping a customer carry a lamp to their car, you’ll be an essential part of our team’s success.

Online Estate Sales:

What You’ll Do:
Online Estate Sales:
- Sort and organize household contents
- Photograph and write descriptions for items listed in our online auction system
- Stage and lightly clean items for presentation
- Pack sold items safely for buyer pickup
- Assist during auction pick-up days (loading cars, checking receipts, etc.)
- Help set up and stage the home for weekend sales
- Price and organize items for display
- Greet and assist shoppers during the sale
- Handle basic customer service and checkout duties
- Help with packing up unsold items and restoring the home post-sale

- Flexible part-time hours during weekdays

- Ability to travel to job sites (primarily within New Haven and Fairfield counties)
- Occasional lifting (boxes, small furniture) with team support
