Caring Transitions seeks a highly skilled Relocation Specialist to provide exceptional customer service to clients. This role involves working closely with Managers and Team Members to maintain operational standards and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greets clients with a smile, receives orders, processes payments, and responds appropriately to customer issues.
- Assists with Team Members in the cleanout of homes through dumpster disposal, donations, family distribution, estate sale, or relocation.
- Prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts.
- Communicates in a positive manner with clients, peers, and Managers.
- Provides exceptional customer service as you safely move, pack/unpack, and dispose of client household items.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Professional attitude and demeanor.
- Experience in general labor or warehouse helpful.
- Good hand-eye coordination.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to interact productively with co-workers and function well in a team environment.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record.
