POSITION SUMMARY :
Responsible for managing inventory levels by account and commodity, ensuring optimal stock availability to meet customer demand. This role serves as a liaison among purchasing, customer service, accounting, and sales teams to support the seamless flow of information and coordination, fostering effective communication and timely resolution of account-related matters.

- Inventory Management : Monitor and manage inventory levels by account and commodities, coordinating with purchasing and warehouse teams to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize stockouts or overstock situations.
- Customer Liaison : Act as the primary point of contact for accounts, addressing inquiries and concerns related to inventory availability, order status, and delivery timelines.
- Cross-Departmental Coordination : Serve as a liaison between purchasing, customer service, accounting, and sales to ensure an efficient flow of information and timely updates on accounts needs and inventory statuses.
- Account Support : Assist in the development and maintenance of relationships with key accounts, providing support for specific inventory and order-related needs.
- Reporting and Analysis : Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, sales trends, and account performance, providing insights to management to support strategic decision-making.
- Problem Resolution : Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve any issues related to order fulfillment, billing, or product availability.
