What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Receptionist / Support position at Caritas In-Home Primary Care?
Job Summary:
Medical office personnel who can provide support to Nurse Practitioners that are providing primary care to the homebound/home-limited patient population. The Receptionist personnel will focus primarily on answering phone calls in a timely and professional manner. In addition will perform and other office duties given are completed. A successful candidate will provide each patient with compassionate and responsive care and will communicate with the healthcare team internally and externally to help patients meet optimal health status and prevent hospitalizations.
Qualifications and Skills:
A. Experience working in medical environment.
B. Excellent computer skills, impeccable verbal, written and interpersonal skills and strong attention to detail a must.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
