IMMEDIATE OPENING FOR EXPERIENCED PARTS COUNTER PERSON
The Carl Black Parts Department in Orlando has a work environment with a low personnel turnover. We are looking to add a member that is team-oriented, flexible, and willing to provide great customer service.
Requirements:
- Proven Successful Dealership Parts Experience is Strongly Recommended.
- General Motors Parts Experience is not required but recommended.
- Basic computer skills using email, excel, and web browsing necessary.
- Clean driving record and Drug Free are Required.
Job duties:
- Utilize computer catalog system to determine parts needed by service technicians, retail, and wholesale customers.
- Assist with inventory management and verify that all parts are correctly stocked and displayed for optimal visibility and accessibility.
- Maintain accountabilities for all parts purchased from vendors and distributed to technicians and/or customers.
- Comply with all company policies and adhere to company standards.
- Ensure every guest is provided with first-class customer service experience.
- Maintain required training by General Motors.
