Position Overview :
Summer Internship to assist Quality Control with projects. This position will report to the Quality Manager.
Responsibilities :
- Perform routine microbial, chemical and product sampling to assure that QA / HACCP / SQF / SSOP standards are being maintained
- Maintain proper documentation in order to assure adherence to specifications
- Collect samples for lab analyses to assure that product meets specifications
- Perform routine data entry in computer
- Other duties may be assigned on an as needed basis
