Dispatcher
Family-owned Plumbing, Heating and HVAC is company seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Dispatcher for their Osterville, MA location. Carl F. Riedell Plumbing & Heating is a family owned and operated company for over 90 years.
Experience:
· Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)
· High volume: 1 years (Preferred)
· Familiar with Service Titan operating system (Preferred)
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
· Provide superior customer service when answering phones
· Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns and determining their needs
· Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
· Establish and maintain customer accounts in our database
· Assistance with general office duties/data entry
Requirements of the Position:
· Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
· Highly organized and detail oriented
· Delivers results: Operates and performs with a sense of urgency
