Position: Dispatcher

Location: 2688 Cranberry Hwy Wareham, MA 02751

Hours: Average 45 hours/week

Prior Experience needed in Towing / Dispatching

Starting Wage: $18 /hr (depending on experience)

What You'll Do:

As a Dispatcher, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring the smooth coordination of our towing services. Your responsibilities will include:

·        Multi-Tasking: Juggling incoming calls, dispatching drivers, and managing service requests efficiently.

·        Customer Service: Providing top-notch customer service by assisting clients with their inquiries, providing updates, and addressing concerns.

·        Dispatching: Coordinating tow truck drivers to respond to breakdowns, accidents, and service requests promptly.

·        Problem Solving: Making quick decisions to prioritize calls and dispatch the nearest available driver.

·        Communication: Maintaining clear and effective communication with drivers and customers to ensure a seamless experience.

Experience: While experience is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidate who exhibits strong multitasking skills and a passion for customer service.
