TEAM MEMBER
Key Responsibilities:
- Total Guest Satisfaction:
- Provide exceptional service to ensure total Guest satisfaction.
- Adhere to Guest service guidelines for "SUPERSTAR Service."
- Work diligently at assigned stations, maintaining cleanliness, and stocking supplies.
- Prepare and deliver products according to Menu Standards, ensuring quality and freshness.
- Handle food products following company procedures and maintain compliance with food safety standards.
- Training and Development:
- Actively seek improvement in personal skills and performance.
- Follow the Crew Person Training Program to acquire new skills and enhance performance.
- Communicate with supervisors regarding the need for additional training or guidance.
- Understand the impact of each job responsibility on Guests, colleagues, and overall restaurant operations.
- Maintain performance-oriented mindset, aware of expectations and results.
SHIFT LEADER

Specific Duties:
- Supervise shifts, ensuring high standards in quality, service, and cleanliness for optimal profitability.
- Foster a professional working relationship between the management team and crew.
- Conduct pre-shift crew meetings to discuss operations procedures and promotions.
- Manage payroll to meet company labor cost standards.
- Control inventory to align with company standards.
- Maintain building and equipment through proper operating, cleaning, and preventive maintenance procedures.
- Handle all cash responsibilities for the shift, including bank deposits, following proper procedures.
- Uphold a professional appearance and demeanor consistently.
- Enforce sanitation, safety, and security policies and procedures throughout the shift.
- Perform additional tasks as directed by management.
Previous experience with Hardee's or Carl's Jr. is a plus.
