Position Summary :
Serves as a clinical quality and regulatory resource and internal consultant to service lines in the site Quality Management System. Implements clinical quality tracking and reporting tools to enable the analysis of data relating to key indicators of clinical outcomes. Partners with designated areas in data collection, analysis and reporting of quality and performance improvement data. Participates in process improvement teams and in the development strategies to improve clinical processes, patient health outcomes, regulatory compliance and the cost-effectiveness of care.
Qualifications :
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTSBachelor's in NursingCERTIFICATION & LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS Registered Professional Nurse (RN) License Illinois upon hire and Basic Certificate in Quality & Safety (IHI) within 2 years. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Minimum 3 years hospital and / or ambulatory healthcare experience SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE Exceptional communication and customer service skills. Experience collaborating with cross-functional clinical teams with the ability to effectively communicate with a diverse customer group in a complex environment.
