Carleton-Willard
Village is a premier Continuing Care Retirement community located in Bedford,
MA. Services include supportive care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and
memory care all in a village-type setting. Our 72-acre sanctuary of pristine
woods, meadows, walking paths and gardens is just north of Boston.
Position Summary:
- Receives, greets and directs callers, as well as visitors, at the reception desk.
- Answers inquiries and connects callers to the appropriate parties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer all incoming calls to the Village in a timely manner.
- Greet all visitors courteously and with a smile.
- Sort the daily mail
- Assist residents with any questions they may have.
- Administrative tasks include: email, updating resident information boards, collating, filing.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Good interpersonal skills
- Able to function calmly and efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
