The Quality Manager will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of quality systems and processes across the organization. This includes:
- Developing and implementing quality policies, procedures, and initiatives in line with Company standards.
- Maintaining plant compliance to IATF-16949:2016 and ISO- 9001:2015 standards as well as customer-defined quality systems and requirements.
- Overseeing the evaluation of process audits and finished product inspections for quality and reliability.
- Providing guidance and direction to subordinates, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance.
- Preparing and distributing daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports depicting Key Performance Indicators and progress toward targets.
- Ensuring that all government-required testing, reporting, and recordkeeping is completed as required by FMVSS-205, ECER43, CCC, and other country regulations.
Responsibilities

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
